Dance electronic music that leans towards an analog, retro sound, but is by no means a slave to styles and musical genres, is on Tunel's schedule on Saturday, February 4, when Ilija Rudman and Bakula come to the DJ booth.
'Expect the unexpected' would perhaps be the best aegis before this long-awaited musical night for the club, the audience, and the artists who are coming armed with extreme amounts of great music that they will perform on gramophones and players.
The emphasis is on their authorial excellence, performance skills, and limitless music that they have, know and reach for as selectors.
It will be more than interesting to find out how Tunel, with its atmosphere and audience, will affect the artists on that first Saturday of February; whether it will lead them to perform the sound from the beginning of the 80s, their typical disco-house moments, or perhaps to a newer and more progressive beat.
Bakula does not need a special foreword to the audience because he is one of the founders of Tunel and certainly one of the most outright names in the Šibenik's electronic music scene.
Ilija Rudman has been a constant on the national scene for two decades as a DJ and exceptionally prolific producer whose releases have an excellent international resonance, often much more forceful than on the domestic electric air.
Their joint performance in Tunel will be a real treat because it is also a long-awaited night for all lovers of dance and electronic music.
