After a number of sold out events in Leeds & Manchester across 2016-2019, 1Forty took some time out of their own promotions to focus on building up the label arm which has lead to it being one of the undergrounds most coveted multi-genre imprints.
Nearly 3 years on The HIFI Club welcomed them back to Leeds for a label residency since 2021, showcasing special guests Sammy Virji, Sir Spyro, Sicaria Sound, Murder He Wrote & more with a setup in the centre of the room to give 1Forty the nod back in style.
After kicking off the new club season with underground and label staples Smokey Bubblin' B and Killa P for an exclusive speed garage set in October and following up since with Sir Hiss, Jamakabi, DJ Pantha, Drinks On Me, Neffa T b2b Hamdi, amongst others, they return to HiFi for a one last party for the season.
The season comes to a close with the first ever link up between Grime, Bass and Garage kingpins Royal T (1/3 of TQD) and the Warlord himself Riko Dan, following his October 1Forty release. Support comes from special guest and current Queen of the UKG scene Sophia Violet (Girls Don’t Sync), party garage connoisseur DJ Jackum and label boss LOCKT.
