東京を代表するクラブとして、世界にその名を轟かせてきた WOMB が23周年を迎える。
そのアニバーサリーパーティには、昨年 PRADA(プラダ)のランウェイのサウンドトラックを手掛け、同ブランドのグローバル音楽イベントで大成功を収めるなど、ファッション＆カルチャーシーンでも大きく注目を集めており、WOMB 23年の歴史の中で幾度と冒険（アドベンチャー）を共にしてきたアーティスト RICHIE HAWTIN (リッチー・ホウティン)を8年ぶりに WOMB のダンスフロアに迎え開催。
昨年 RICHIE がキュレーションとして参加した「プラダ」の世界巡回型ライヴイベント PRADA EXTENDS TOKYO のショートフィルムでの、「世界中にはたくさんのダンスフロアが存在するが、ここ WOMB は特別な場所なんだ」という言葉からも分かる通り、今回の WOMB での公演は WOMB にとっても、 RICHIE にとってもスペシャルな夜になることは間違いない。
しかも、今回はリッチー・ホウティン3時間の DJ セットに加えて、国内からは自身の声とモジュラーシンセサイザーを用いたライブパフォーマンスで活躍する韓国人アーティスト MACHÌNA。昨年のPRADA（プラダ）で共演したことがきっかけとなり、今回のラインナップに抜擢され、リッチーと再び再会を果たす。
そして、現在の日本テクノシーンにおいてトップに君臨し、緻密な音響とエネルギーのコントロールでダンスフロアを陶酔へと導く WATA IGARASHI がメインフロアに。ここしばらくみんなが求めていたダンスへの渇望を満たしてくれるパーティになるだろう！
1F WOMB LOUNGE、4F VIP FLOOR でもこれまでの WOMB を長年支えてきてくれた実力派と近年の WOMB を盛り上げる新世代の DJ／プロデューサーたちが登場。
アーティストだけではなく来場してくれるお客さんや関係者も含めて、この夜は WOMB にとって大切な人々がダンスフロアに勢揃いする。
WOMB, which has made a name for itself around the world as one of Tokyo's leading clubs, will celebrate its 23rd anniversary.
For its anniversary party, WOMB welcomes RICHIE HAWTIN who comes back to its dance floor for the first time in eight years, a special artist who has been a part of many adventures in the 23-year history of WOMB, and who has attracted much attention in the fashion and culture scene, including the soundtrack for PRADA's runway last year and the brand's highly successful global music event.
As shown in the short film of PRADA EXTENDS TOKYO, a world touring live event for Prada, which RICHIE curated last year, he explained "There are many dance floors in the world, but this WOMB is a special place.“ This performance at WOMB is sure to be a special night for both WOMB and RICHIE.
Moreover, in addition to RICHIE HAWTIN‘s three-hour DJ set, this time, from within Japan, Korean artist MACHÌNA, who is active in live performances using her own voice and modular synthesizers, will join. She is selected for this year's lineup after co-starring with RICHIE at PRADA last year, and will reunite with RICHIE again.
Then, WATA IGARASHI, the leader of the current Japanese techno scene, who leads the dance floor into a state of intoxication with his precise control of sound and energy, takes the main floor. It will be a party that will satisfy the thirst for dance that everyone has been looking for for a while now.
The 1st floor WOMB LOUNGE and 4th floor VIP FLOOR will also feature the talented DJs and producers who have supported WOMB over the years, as well as the new generation of DJs and producers who have made WOMB so exciting in recent years. This night, the dance floor will be filled with people who are important to WOMB, including not only the artists but also the customers and related parties who come to the event.
