As the summer season comes to an end, Tabularasa Collective is proud to announce the return of MANIAC LOVE for its winter edition. Join us on June 3, 2023, at The Abercrombie Hotel for a night of crisp dub, house, and techno.
The event will feature two floors of music with Moonshift taking care of upstairs, while Tabularasa Collective handles downstairs. It's going to be a night you won't want to miss, so grab your tickets online now before they sell out!
Headlining the event is the connoisseur of lush grooves and deep, dubby electronica, Rabbit Taxi. With his unique mix of funk, jazz, house, and trip-hop, he promises to provide a silky smooth blend of aural goodness to keep you dancing all night long. He is infamous for his radio show with over 50 episodes, ‘The Smoker’s Lounge’
Also joining the lineup is Mazuko, formerly known as Marcotix, a well-traveled musical storyteller and Australian festival staple. He'll be dishing up sounds from deep rolling baselines to intimate journeys to big room techno, thrilling buildups and well-timed subtle changes in tempo and mood, reflecting his experience of reading and interpreting dance floors.
Alex Ludlow, a true house music enthusiast, and a founder of This House Moves, will also be showcasing his skills as a DJ, bringing his love for house music to the dancefloor.
Patrao, the Indian-born, Sydney-based DJ/producer with a sound that's as diverse and vibrant as the person he is.Patrao effortlessly blends sounds from a wide range of genres - soul, ethnic, house, and techno - into a rich tapestry of electronic music that will keep the heat you need all through the night.
Moonshift is a truly special music collective that was founded in early 2020 in Sydney, Australia. They represent a genuine love and passion for music and the community, which is evident in everything they do. Despite having only hosted a handful of parties, Moonshift has faced some of the toughest times that the music industry has ever seen. With restrictions imposed on event organizers and venues, it has been challenging for artists and musicians to continue to create and share their work with the world.
