It's been ten years since OYE Records opened in Kreuzkölln. To celebrate the store's landmark anniversary, the crew invite employees and friends from the vinyl hub to take over all three rooms of Renate.
Dame Music boss Bloody Mary soundtracks the Black Room, where she's joined by We Are Not Alone resident DJ, Shaleen. As avid vinyl collectors, expect to hear a storied blend of techno and acid; the kind you can only find after years of digging.
In the Green Room, Femme Bass Mafia founder Dangermami plays alongside fellow member of the collective, Formella. Breaks, bass and dubstep shall ensue. OYE Records' employee Sabine Hoffmann joins them, dipping into Chicago and Detroit house, acid, funk and breakbeat.
Co-founder of Berlin's Cosmic Circuit parties, Ansonica, plays the Red Room with Refuge Worldwide resident Tereza. Bouncy house, disco and hip-hop are on the menu. OYE's managing director Tinko completes the takeover with his illustrious record collection.
