Fresh off a very special 4Shanbe Suri event where we jumped fire and danced to the sounds of spiritually cognisant electronic, for 13bedar weekender we're doing a special Friday Night on one of the best soundsystem's in London!!! Mehmooni London's DJ Milli will take you on a journey through Iran's rich musical history, with this special all night set playing 6hrs of Iranian music ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Expect high energy dance, hip shaking beats and an education in tribal and classical Persian as well as synth wave pre revolutionary psych, funk and pop. The London/Tehran selector has spent recent months with his people, digesting the daily crisis as it unfolds, witnessing the groundbreaking women led movement in Iran. This event will showcase all parts of Iranian music that rejuvenate the spirit and soul.
