Bod Min
Co-founder of Sueño. has been making appearances around Leeds playing different style of music ranging from Minimalistic Deep House to ever so cheerful Disco and Soulful House. Bod has been collecting a lot of Electro and Break Beat records recently, so expect some of them being thrown into the mix.
Coming up to the fourth year of the Sueño. brand and the affiliation with the ABB team, Bod has supported a fare few big names out there such as Dudley Strangeways, Annie Errez, Monika Ross, Djoko, Dan Black, Jake Flory, Laura Jones, Gavin (VRSION), Janeret, Lamanche, Djebali and many more local artists/friends.
Since May 2021, presenting That Saturday Show (Sponsored by Distrikt Bar Leeds) on LDC Radio, Bod brings his personality to the airwaves, along with a fresh new mix and a special guest + interview every Saturday morning.
Ethos for both Sueño. and That Saturday Show is to provide a platform for fellow DJs whether they are up and coming or a current experienced DJ on the circuit.
Cosmik
Cosmik has been DJing for 6 years starting in Melbourne, Australia and having a love of dance music cemented in Berlin, now he lights up bars and clubs around Manchester
Cosmik’s passion for music is lifelong and he feels there is no better feeling than getting the crowd up and dancing to their new favourite song. In the bars Cosmik takes inspiration from DJs like Guts, Gilles Peterson, David Mancuso and Moodymann, blending a mix of disco, broken beat, house, jazz, soul and hip hop from all over the world. In the club the inspiration comes from artists like Paranoid London, Locked Club, Djrum and DJ Mell G dropping techno, acid house and electro bombs as well as a healthy dose of the unclassifiables.
Cosmik puts on events through Sharivari Events. As Bokonon he is working on his first EP which he hopes to release on a label this year as well as continue his work on his night The Day After and start the sister party The Night Before
Along with Mica the mastermind behind Minimal Impulse who has become more present in spinning records at Eastern Bloc in the last year.
