Alexis Mauri, aka Alexkid, is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, re-mixer, DJ and experienced sound engineer. His reputation and his musical knowledge have made both his DJ sets and his production constantly in-demand, and his DJ sets fuse an influence from Chicago to Berlin, Drum & Bass to abstract hip-hop, and always with a deep vibe.
For each event Redlight will also showcase the best local talent, with a DJ hand-picked that compliments the night. For the launch night Nick McMartin steps up to the mark, and he will also have 2 hours in which to show his ability and track selection. Having recently remixed friend and rising star Emerson Todd, Nick has already built a strong reputation for himself in and out of Australia, and he will actually be heading straight to Germany after this gig to make his debut at the infamous Love Parade.
Finishing off the line-up is resident and Redlight founder, T-Boy. Having played for over a decade at major nights in Europe such as Chibuku, Sankeys, Turnmills and The Bomb, T-Boy moved to Sydney 2 years ago and he has now also added Australian clubs and festivals including Lost Baggage, Chinese Laundry, We Love Sounds, Bunker and The Box to his impressive career portfolio.
