Music selection is carefully curated for the time of day and energy. We will start with Deep House and then mellower Melodic Techno before gradually going deeper and more textured. We aim to finish harder with Rebecca who will be playing off 3 decks.
Our headliner Ranj Kaler has played in many of the big London clubs over the past two decades and is a veteran DJ we can trust to read the energy of the room. Since learning to produce, he has crafted the most beautiful, infectious deep house tunes that are on compilations all over the world with a string of releases on labels such as Stripped Recordings, Affiliate, Balkan Connection, Capital Heaven, Pangea, ARRVL, and Crossfade Soundsand. His music has also won him support from the likes of Francois K, Guy Gerber, Alex Neri, Nick Warren, Terry Farley plus many more. Ranj currently hosts a weekly show on London Music Radio and a monthly show on Frisky Radio. Deep grooves flowing with emotion, that’s how best to describe Ranj's music.
Rebecca Gough was born and raised in Manchester, and has over 15 years of musical experience. Rebecca has taken huge inspiration from her research of electronic and melodic artists from all over the world, whilst travelling to events and clubs. She has specifically drawn untold inspiration from the underground music scene in London. As a self-taught DJ, Rebecca has now relocated to London to progress and express her artist style through upcoming radio shows, podcasts and gigs.
Tom Starling is an upcoming DJ based in Essex. Early into his career, Tom has already played in some of the biggest clubs in London and has found himself a resident on Bloop London Radio. Having started his DJ career in Abu Dhabi, he has been heavily influenced by the deeper, more melodic elements of house music, inspired by the likes of Lee Burridge, Lost Desert and more.
RichDime is a deep house DJ who has a collection of tunes that will surprise and enchant with their homage to the art of the 118-122 bpm range. Having been introduced to house music in the late 80’s, RichDime has happily remained in its embrace ever since. RichDime loves going through his old library of music, seeing what still works in its own right and what layers beautifully with more modern production. RichDime’s sets take us on a beautiful journey, curated with the perfect balance of darkness and light. He likes to play a wide variety of dance music; those little surprises are the things that we remember and delight us.
Night Tales Loft is an intimate club and terrace overlooking the East London skyline. The space boasts an impressive concrete dance-floor with a top of range Funktion- One sound system, and an all-weather heated terrace where you can relax and enjoy the city scape.
The bar serves a range of draft and bottled beer plus a selection of creative and classic cocktails.
