We are excited that former full-time New Yorker, now mostly Oaxaca-based, Quinn Lamont Luke is visiting New York. Founder of El Triángulo Records, the imprint is home for some of Quinn's various projects & those from friends around the world. Quinn's production and collaboration credits are vast including labels such as Aficionado, Claremont 56, DFA, Lovemonk, Phantom Island, Ubiquity, Tummy Touch, Uber, World Famous and collaborations with Shawn Lee, Groove Armada, Tommy Guerrero, Phil “Cantoma” Mison, Paul “Mudd” Murphy, Psychemagik, Vetiver, Dianne Birch, and Alex From Tokyo. Luke’s output covers a broad, eclectic range of styles from folk to house & Quinn's DJ sets are a reflection of vast experiences & stalwart musicianship.
Eugene Tambourine aka North Satellite is a former west coast, NYC-based producer, multi-instrumentalist & DJ w/ releases on Startree, Balearic, El Triángulo & Tummy Touch. Eugene's productions are gorgeous and advanced—often employing delicate layers of a myriad of select percussive instruments, emotive crooning and infectious synth sounds. Eugene began DJing in the 90s & pours an encyclopedic knowledge and love of dance music into sets w/ personal edits. original material and occasionally live percussion.
New York-based Tommy Castro completes this Sunday trifecta, Owner/operator of Our Starry Universe—a record label & bi-monthly UK radio show. Tommy is a member of the Spicy Boys w/ Ben Steidel & Grand Street Sounds w/ William Robbins and Planet B.
Tommy's dj sets are an eclectic hodgepodge of groove-based influences, catchy synth lines and more than 25 years of record collecting.
Mansions is a one-year-old, Ridgewood-based, musical haven that's jam packed with vibe, a proprietary custom sound system, an impeccably curated natural wine assortment and a most welcoming coziness.
