  • This new years will be the ninth edition of AUM, a camping, music and arts festival. Three nights of wholesome fun across multiple zones and areas, all set in a breathtaking coastal Kānuka forest location an hour north of central Auckland. AUM's passion for the highest-quality sound, visuals, lights and production will be on show with music spanning psytrance, techno, drum and bass, psychedelic rock, dub, house, disco, downbeat and more split across four distinct stages hosting over 100 artists. Performing and visual art will be in abundance, including collaborative projects you can contribute to, and fun workshops to learn some new tricks. AUM has hangout spots to enjoy the sun, trees for shade, activities to join in on, a huge campground with more relaxed spacing than most, a market village with yummy food vendors and more. Then there's the Healing Glade where our daily roster of wellness and healing workshops and sessions happen. Last summer we celebrated another sold-out festival - our creative music community which brings together an amazing bunch of the friendliest people imaginable. What does AUM feel like? AUM is an adventure of love, sharing, sustainability, music, art, colour, technical wizardry, healing, imagination, laughter and joy. A family adventure where we will write our own story as we immerse ourselves in the stories of the past, present and the future. A truly inclusive adventure for everyone, young and old. Where? AUM is held on the most beautiful, spacious, lush, well-appointed festival campgrounds in the country which is located an hour north of central Auckland at South Head peninsula near Parakai/Helensville. Tickets to AUM New Year’s Festival are on final release and available exclusively at The Ticket Fairy.
