De Unie // 013 Tilburg

  • RA PICK
  • Winter party season is in full swing with this stacked lineup, featuring Chaos In The CBD, Sofia Kourtesis, Daria Kolosova and more.
  • In December, the techno/house event De Unie returns to 013! The daytime event, organised by 013, consists of a fusion of two areas coming together to form one big, euphoric whole. In one area, the solid, dark side of techno and in the other a focus on melody and warmth. Visitors can enjoy no less than 11 hours of the best DJs and live acts from the international techno and house scene. The Union creates an atmosphere where the feeling of day and night come together in one event - a must for anyone who dares to immerse themselves in both dreamy soundscapes and a rowdy, pounding atmosphere. The first ticket stage is already sold out! Main Stage: From fast and groovy techno to breakbeat, jungle and hardcore, Clara Cuvé has a huge spectrum of genres that she combines into her own harmony, always focusing on groove and dynamics. He may be known as The Baron Of Techno, but Dave Clarke has an anarchic slant of punk in his soul and has nothing to do with establishment or authoritarianism. This day, he brings solid techno and electro to the Main. Ukrainian Daria Kolosova played an important role in her homeland's vibrant techno scene, and is now conquering the world with groovy, hard techno. She aims not only to put down a danceable and enjoyable set, but also to inspire and introduce people to something fresh and daring, which is why her sets are always unexpected and rich in genres. The mysterious industrial techno act Headless Horseman will soon release a new album, and will come to play a hybrid live set of it at De Unie. Enigmatic but daring and amazing but persistent. Julie is Tilburg's best export in this corner of techno and has already proven herself from Tbilisi to Berlin. Next Stage: Amsterdam-based BELLA is the epitome of rousing house music and finds the sweet spot between respecting the old and embracing the new. New Zealand-born brothers Ben and Louis Helliker-Hales, better known as Chaos In The CBD, grew up listening to their parents' rock records before joining jazz and indie bands in their early teens. With that inspiration, the brothers now make lo-fi house and techno with elements of jazz. Fedya Hella, DJ and organiser of Bloom, regularly makes Tilburg enjoy warm house and techno. As a local, he is indispensable at this edition of De Unie. GHEIST is an ive band from Berlin, which has been conquering party after party on some of the city's most famous dance floors for the past three years. They now come to Tilburg for a euphoric show with melancholic atmosphere. Italian DJ and producer Olympe has quickly become known for her captivating sets that effortlessly transport listeners into ethereal realms of perception. She draws inspiration from a mix of deep tech, indie dance and melodic techno. Peruvian Sofia Kourtesis' music is upbeat, infectious and undeniably unique. Her bold productions revolve around familiar and unfamiliar samples, building quickly to a euphoria that never leaves the dance floor, but remains the kind of music you can play anywhere.
