A very intimate family gathering to personally give a send-off with love and blessings to Rubycon Records and Tapes and its founder Robert. They have been a crucial institution for the LA scene for these last two years and we are sad to see the shop close, but excited for the next stage of Rubycon's evolution.
For this night we will be joined by the visionary deknitian from Chicago, TRAXX, a true living legend who is the mastermind behind some of the greatest labels of this century - Nation, Kode and Dirty Blends - projects such as The Dirty Criminals, Mutant Beat Dance, Modern Analysis, CTC, Saturn V etc. etc., has numerous releases on respected labels such as Relief Records, Creme Organization, International Deejay Gigolo Records, Dark Entries, L.I.E.S. The Black Lodge, etc. etc. and way too many mysterious aliases to list here.
Accompanying Traxx for this auditory journey will be LA vinyl arkitekts ROBERT RUBYCON & KOSMIK from the The Black Lodge.
