DJ Lloyd, Gee Dee, Tom of England, Uma

  • We're sliding into the Labor Day Long Weekend with four DJs who take the party with them everywhere they go. Lloyd and Gee Dee will be taking over the main room while Tom of England and Uma play all night long in the Bad Room. Over the years, Lloyd has built up a reputation as a deep digger who loves searching through $1 bins to find music to make you move, regardless of genre. He's a DJ, record collector, party promoter, Tiki Disco cofounder, and host on The Lot Radio who has been an essential part of the scene here since the mid-2000s. Gee Dee is a Brooklyn-based DJ, producer and experimental musician whose been commanding dancefloors across the world for the past decade. He's a resident of Good Room and Public Records, and a 10-year veteran of Philadelphia’s iconic Making Time party. Gee Dee takes listeners on a musical journey through early garage, progressive heaters, 303 soaked acid, piano anthems, jacking percussive movements and beyond. Tom of England cut his teeth with Tonka Sound System, alongside fellow auteur DJ Harvey. That was a long time ago. Since then he started and left A.R.E. WEAPONS, introduced sound-system culture to San Francisco with The Wicked Crew, threw some of the most legendary NYC parties under the name Rub N Tug, released a bunch of amazing music under a shit load of alias's. He'll be playing all night long in the Bad Room with his daughter Uma. **Good Room is a safe space for all people.
