Details of our October edition have landed with an absolute stormer of a line up taking over The Island.
Leading the charge is the deftly skilled producer and DJ, Joe, whose intricate, and evolutionary productions scarcely need introducing. Long associated with the likes of Hessle Audio and Untold’s Hemlock, Joe has spent much of the last decade generating a steady stream of complex, and hypnotic releases whilst maintaining a solid sense of focus on the dancefloor and gleeful whimsy. Joe’s DJ sets are renowned for their spontaneity, fusing all manner of threads across the dance music spectrum in to a colourful melting pot of fun.
Next up, we have the legendary Glasgow-based Wheelman, whose versatile club sets and productions have been soundtracking dancefloors with a heady mix of modern takes on house and techno, as well as genre-defying rhyhthms and diggers’ delights - both old and new. With a back catalogue of quality releases under his belts for the likes of Studio Barnhus and Don’t Be Afraid, mixes for Crack and Mixmag, as well as regular appearances at the likes of Field Maneuvers, Otherlands and some of Scotland’s finest clubs, Wheelman has plenty of accolades already under his belt.
Support on the night comes from our very own Monika Taneska, who comes off the back of a great summer, performing at the likes of Love International, Glastonbury and Field Maneuvers.
