The afternoon will take off with Brandon’s raggae selecta.
Born in Busto Arsizio from an Italo-Jamaican family, his musical research was deeply influenced by the family music collection he grew up with: jazz, funk, rock, hip hop from his father - reggae and dancehall from his mother.
A more break and rhythmic sound comes from Samar, raised in Tunis and now located in Milan, Samar plays with atmospheric spatiality and sonic textures.
From visceral ambient to blood-pumping percussions, Samar is adept at experimental bass, jungle breaks and leftfield electronica. A transgressor of the traditional dancefloor codes.
