MIMF celebrating 5 years with D&B legend Goldie at Todmorden's famous Golden Lion.
Marcus Intalex Music Foundation returns to the celebrate it's 5th birthday with Goldie, one of dance music's most iconic figures. This is sure to be a special night spearheaded by the founder of Metalheadz, a label whose output has shaped drum and bass culture and contributed some of the most important records and innovators since the 90s.
We’ll also be welcoming close friend ST. Files, a drum and bass namestay who helped define the 90’s and noughties bass sound in his collaborative work with Marcus Intalex and Calibre, and who has gone on to put out some excellent solo releases.
Hosting will be Salford's finest, Strategy one of the key artists shaping UK bass music, with his work with Dub Phizix, on D-Bridge's Exit label, Calibre and as a solo artist.
Support will also be provided by Soul:ution resident, Galvini, and Metalheadz label and tour DJ, Diverge.
This is going to be a night celebrating the journey of drum and bass over the past 30 years with one of the genre's key progenitors at the helm.
