Never Sleep ist eine multi-facettierte Plattform, die dem eklektischen Geist des italienischen DJs und Künstlers Alberto Guerrini aka Gabber Eleganza entspringt. Die Plattform hat es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht, neue und erfahrene Künstler*innen zu präsentieren, die nicht nur für die Rave- und Post-Rave-Kultur stehen, sondern für eine breitere DIY-ƒsthetik und einen Hardcore-Ansatz. Nach dem Winter-Showcase kehren sie an diesem Donnerstag in die Säule mit einer Nacht voller intensiver Sounds zurück. S.A.T.I.N aka Ireen Namnes und Ash Luk aka Infinity Division treten live auf und bringen ihre esoterisch-dystopischen elektronischen Soundscapes mit. Talpah und Deepho geben ihr Deutschland-Debüt mit experimentellem HipHop, man denke an Death Grips und Anti-Pop Consortium. Shapednoise ist kein Unbekannter in Berlin mit einem hybriden Set aus Techno, Drill und Noise.
Stemming from the eclectic spirit of Italian DJ and artist Alberto Guerrini aka Gabber Eleganza, Never Sleep is a multi-facetted platform dedicated to showcasing new and established artists who represent rave and post-rave culture as well as a broader DIY aesthetic and hardcore aesthetic. After their showcase last winter, they return to Säule for a Thursday night of intense sounds. S.A.T.I.N., consisting of Ash Luk (aka Infinity Division) and Ireen Amnes, will be performing a live set of their esoteric, dystopian electronic soundscapes. Talpah and Deepho make their Germany debut with experimental hip-hop – think Death Grips and Anti-Pop Consortium. No stranger to Berlin, Shapednoise will bring a hybrid set of techno, drill and noise.
