- Returning to Savage, it’s Alex Kassian and AAGUU for a musical journey to the great beyond. Ravers at (re)treat Festival in October have been entranced by both Alex Kassian and AAGUU with their elevated, cinematic musical styles. Alex Kassian’s sophisticated and precise approach to music is informed by a contemporary dance and theater background; his ability to maneuver through cinematic atmospheres with spontaneity and improvisation have been appreciated by ravers worldwide. AAGUU takes inspiration from his residence of the Goa Island, emulating the tropical dynamics of his surrounding rainforests into musical landscapes in which dancers free themselves from reality. Take in the psychedelia and the EBM in AAGUU’s sets, and let him take you into another world. Joining Alex Kassian and AAGUU in the Red Cube this week will be Teodora Van Context.
