Before Juan Atkins, Derrick May, and Kevin Saunderson, there was Delano Smith. The Detroit tech-soul legend’s sets are one of a kind due to his unique style of production and his unforgiving groove. Delano went from a "best kept secret" to a name commonly seen on world renowned dance floors around the world. He has shared the bill with the likes of Josh Wink, Dj Holographic, Soul Clap, Stacey Pullen, Kevin Saunderson, and Visionquest (Shaun Reeves, Ryan Crosson, and Lee Curtis) to name a few. From the reissues of his full length albums on Sushitech to recent EPs Shades of Detroit and Keep Em Moving with Brian Kage, Delano Smith has reassured his fans time and time again of his legendary status.
