The central element of our work so far has been the idea of temporality; we put weeks of work into something that only happens for one night. It’s a sort of magic, the fact that the night disappears so quickly. After one year, we are materializing that magic into something a bit more permanent.
We’re so happy to announce the launch of our label with our first EP: a collection of four hereandthere staple tracks, plus a digital bonus, that you have likely already heard being tested out on our dance floor. We would like to celebrate this moment in the best way we can imagine - surrounded by friends and familiar faces.
Feel free to join us for a drink at Bike Jesus from 19:00. We will have copies of the record for sale, and at 20:30, we will have a listening session, followed by a few words about the release.
Afterwards, from 22:00, we’ll take over the Bike Jesus dance floor. For such an occasion, we’ve invited one of the artists who participated in this EP: Leipzig-based IGLO, who contributed his track ‘Searching’ to the release. Joining us as well will be Theo, who we’ve had the pleasure of hosting multiple times before and always does an incredible job setting the tone for the night.
