New Year's Eve is traditionally the biggest blow-out of the winter season, and ISSST live up to this by staging their biggest ever event to date, with Tiefschwarz, Klaxons and Simian Mobile Disco joining ISSST's Bobby M and Kevin Griffiths for an unbridled NYE all nighter, taking place at a secret location in London.
The new ISSST era has already seen some of the most exciting and forward thinking UK events of the last 12 months, highlights including Digitalism's first ever UK performance and Alan Braxe's worldwide debut, however with ISSST's latest offering the stage is set for a truly unmissable New Year's Eve, a fusion of futuristic acid house, rich angular electro/techno and a crowd that are driven by the sense of adventure and a distaste for the average.
ISSST invites you to celebrating the finest moments of the warehouse phenomena in the most perfect setting with a quite extraordinary line-up assembled of some of the hottest names in dance music today. The ISSST Secret NYE Warehouse Party is taking place in two interconnecting warehouses in the heart of East London's Shoreditch, both fully kitted out with mammoth state of the art Funktion One sound systems. Klaxons and Simian Mobile Disco will be joining German legends, Tiefschwarz, and ISSST's main meddlers Bobby M and Kevin Griffiths for their ISSST New Year's Eve all nighter.
Simian Mobile Disco need no introduction, but we'll give 'em one anyway - regular tour DJs for the likes of LCD Sound System and Soulwax, remixers of Ladytron, The Kills and Arctic Monkeys, and the grey matter behind humongous worldwide club hit 'Never Be Alone'... Simian Mobile Disco are the godfathers of debaucherous minimalist rave, straddling the electronic, indie divide and somehow managing to make techno oh so sexy by throwing up static vocals, fragmented rhythms and rubbing in healthy measures of twisted disco.
And if Simian Mobile Disco are the new rave godfathers, then Klaxons are without doubt the young kings of the underground neo rave - and no self-respecting London New Year's Eve warehouse party could do without the Klaxons and their acid-rave sci-fi punk-funk. An exclusive NYE DJ set that will deliver perky synths and guitar wrapped in tight jeans from the most exciting band in the world.
