The Washington D.C.-born, Chicago-raised DJ, producer, selector, arranger, keyboard clunker, machine beater, writer, sculptor, car lover, visual artist, lecturer and father will be joined by question-master conversationalist Lori as they discuss processes. Whether that be processes in DJ’ing, production, collaborations or anything beyond.
Join us in racking the brain of the founder of Detroit house label Sound Signature, with a deep listening of his Free Myself LP and DJing on either side by A.Kid.

This event will occur on the un-ceded, traditional lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation. High Note recognises their sovereignty and ongoing fight against colonialism and we pay respect to their Elders past and present. Always Was, Always Will Be.
