Queer Open Decks - Compartir
- QOD are back in the main upstairs bar at @dsuperstore this month! We are a support and networking event for any LGBTQ+ DJs working within London/Online or those looking to learn basic DJ skills. We started as a small meet up at the @ldnlgbtqcentre, we are now a growing community of genre-fluid LGBTQ+ DJs meeting on a monthly basis. See sign up details and guidelines on our Insta @queeropendecksldn! Equipment: We are able to accommodate both #Vinyl & Digital #DJS (using either USB, CDs or laptops - with or without controllers). Please note that this is primarily a social/networking event rather than a club night - we are trying to create a space to allow for those wishing to learn to DJ in a supportive environment alongside more experienced LGBTQ+ DJs to do so. Feel free to bring your friends and allies along! As we’re now upstairs at the superstore if you’re signing up for an earlier slot - please note that we still need to match the vibe of the bar. Keep it chill! If you start getting your club head on, don’t be surprised if we ask you to slow it or turn it down! We have access to the decks in the main bar upstairs at Dalston Superstore.
