With the current situation in Gaza becoming more horrific day by day, Our Society, Giri, and Pattern are uniting to organize a fundraiser in support of Palestine. In a time where people are becoming more divided, the strong feeling to show solidarity and unity has motivated this event. Right now, the most important support that international communities can demonstrate, are to strengthen demands for ceasefire and raise funds for medical aid. On Wednesday the 8th of November the broadcasting fundraiser will be hosted at Giri, one of Berlin’s newest community spaces, located at Hermannstrasse 14. From 14:00 - 22:00. Several local and international artists from a compassionate scene have been invited to share their sounds. The fundraiser will raise money for Medical Aid for Palestine who work for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation. They provide immediate medical aid to those in great need, while also developing local capacity and skills to ensure the further development of the Palestinian healthcare system. By purchasing a ticket through the RA link you will make a donation. RA will donate 100% of the ticket fee to Medical Aid for Palestine. Please be aware that the tickets serve as a donation and that attending the fundraiser is only possible by RSVP As Giri has limited capacity the RSVP link below will provide access to anyone who would like to participate in the fundraiser (until we reach full capacity). The suggested entry donation will be 10€ or more. For those unable to attend in person, the music will be live broadcasted from Pattern´s channels. The livestream link will be available 24 hours before the Fundraiser. This will be a community space for dialogue, reflection, and connection, please understand we are not hosting a party.
