We are so extremely excited to announce Static's 5th Birthday hosted at the notorious Substation on the 16th December! To celebrate turning 5 years old, we’ve decided to go a little crazy with this one
The past 5 years have been an incredible journey. We have been blown away by the support and appreciation from each and every one of you that have attended our parties, danced your heart out and given us your elated energy.
We of course have brought in our trusted sound and lighting experts Sound Experience to bring out their trademark Funktion One sound and lighting inspired by Horst Festival in Belgium and Bassiani.
Due to the momentous occassion we've upped the ante and are bringing in Alarico, who we’ve been huge fans of in recent years!
After hosting Chlär in a belter of a party earlier this year, we’re stoked to bring you the other half of Funk Assault, Alarico! Alarico is an artist who just does not miss. After putting out slamming, big room hypnosis and grooves over the past couple of years, his talent has landed EPs on Klockworks, Mutual Rytm and his own imprint, Primal Instinct. Without question, Alarico has firmly cemented himself as one of the top dons in techno for his time.
With a strong support consisting of some of our favourites: DJ PGZ, Baby G, Hasvat Informant and Afrodisiac, there's going to be non-stop tunes from open to close!
Static acknowledges the traditional owners of the land, the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation. We pay our respects to elders past, present and emerging.
