- After a successful launch night Handbook In Motion will return to the cosy backroom of The Talleyrand in Levenshulme. Featuring live sets from Memotone and Powders, DJ support from Josh Lentink. Multi-instrumentalist Memotone has a varied back catalogue ranging from folk to techno and plenty in-between. His sound is made up of layered instrumentation over field recordings and atmospheres. Recent releases include a new album on The Trilogy Tapes as well as a beautiful track on the latest Time is Away compilation. Joining Memotone is Preston duo Carl Brown and Josh Horsley who make up Powders. Expect fourth world ambience in combination with classical and experimental electronics. Their debut album Concede to Circumstance came out in September.
