- Dancing for a good cause always makes it more fun. This fundraiser for the Enzyme Cultural Center features one of SF's best DJs, Solar, playing an all-vinyl set, along with the extremely talented Experimental Housewife and a host of other worthwhile names.
- bodyheat. is back with our second annual CHRIS IS GAY, a fundraiser for the Enzyme Cultural Center. Enzyme is a QTBIPOC-led and focused community space that hosts events ranging from drag figure drawing to NA meetings to all types of video shoots, and is in the permitting process to become a nightclub space. Enzyme is a crucial resource for the Bay's QTBIPOC community and Chris is a proud collective member. This party also marks bodyheat resident Chris Dotson’s 21 year anniversary of coming out AND the 21 year anniversary of his 1st club party (yes, Chris threw a club party at 16). bodyheat is a pro-queer, pro-femme, and pro-POC party space. We take very seriously any allegations of unwanted attention, touch or interactions and have a zero tolerance policy for homophobia, transphobia, fatphobia or any other shitty behavior. — House music is queer Black music. Techno is Black music. We are only as safe as the most vulnerable among us. Come join us for a NOTAFLOF night of great music while we celebrate the music community we’ve built for each other. All proceeds from this party minus a few operating costs will be donated to Enzyme and matched 1-to-1 by an anonymous sponsor!
