- Your uncle's hairpiece, grandma's hypertension socks, your cousin's girlfriend who gives you the list of her meds, the aroma of the kitchen prior to any cooking. All of these memories are very offputting. Ben and Adam want to bottle that weirdness and reproduce it sonically. Expect the sounds of syncopated drums, acid squelches, and a kick made by an angry dog. Most of all though, these sounds will come from two endearing figures who you can safely treat like family. One has ably chosen the righteous path of fatherhood and responsibility. The other basically does not sleep and buys wax like it is some type of war bond. They both mean well and will smile as you walk through the door. And yet you keep reading expecting us to further justify this plan? Just come for merriment, draft ales, maybe a political argument. So just like your family.
