A bold bastion of techno and acid spinners enter the orbit tonight. On the top floor, ÆON, the mind behind FLUX weeknight party series, opens up with her distinctly subtle style where she energetically layers and folds minimal textures into grooving club structures for a dizzying spell. Charging behind her is the “acid fiend” and “techno heathen” known as WTCHCRFT. Bursting into the scene, the Jersey-born producer quickly earned cred for his transfixing knack of taking the roots of house and techno and warping them into the heady sounds of the future. Capping it off is the Copenhagen-bred DJ and label boss-lady Mama Snake, coming in hot with a battering of explosive tracks, delirium-inducing trance anthems, and a whole lot of positive nrg. Down below Euwhoria, the queer party series with a focused penchant for the hardest techno and slickest trance, takes the night with Dream, Evilo, and residents CYB3R BULL and Xana 101.
