MINITECH PROJECT

Minitech Project is an ambassador of modern techno, and a futurist passionate about pushing the art of performing electronic music. Firmly established in the underground, his productions have echoed at events like Awakenings and Time Warp, with broadcasters such as John DIgweed and Karotte playing his music on their shows.
Minitech's performances and signature mixing style has been an integral part of shaping the sounds of his home base Amsterdam, one of the most influential techno cities in the world, with residencies at key events and venues since 2012. Having been awarded the "Favourite DJ" award at the 24th annual edition of Amsterdam's prestigious Gouden Kabouter Awards in 2017, joining an elite list of fellow award winners like Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Daft Punk, Laurent Garnier, Joris Voorn, and Carl Cox.
Already having brought his sound across Europe and Asia, Minitech has also been busy back home in the Netherlands, including residencies at the legendary Paradiso and Melkweg clubs in Amsterdam. His sight is now set on his own label imprint Minitech Recordings, furthering his relentless pursuit of promoting quality underground music and talent.

CHALO

Bangkok artist Chalo makes his SSP debut with one of his legendary live sets. The hugely talented producer and mastering engineer has releases on local labels like Boiled Wonderland and More Rice, with praised performances on Boiler Room Bangkok and at festivals like Wonderfruit, Summer Sounds, and Organik Festival in Taiwan.
True to Chalo's background in the dark arts of audio mastering, the intricately woven music is sonically splendid and ripe for being aired on 12x12's Martin Audio sound system. From sinister synths and confrontational snares, to haunting melodies and oceanic sweeps, Chalo's sound overflows with nocturnal mystique and enigmatic intensity.

THE OUTSIDER
(SSP/52Hz, SE)
Born in Sweden and raised in the London underground, The Outsider has had an active part in the global techno scene since the mid-90’s, playing clubs and festivals around the world. Making his name on London's pirate radio stations, he later became the resident DJ at Carl Cox's Ultimate B.A.S.E. events and played regularly at Mr C’s legendary The End club.
Now based in Bangkok, The Outsider has been on the forefront of the Thai capital's underground music scene for over a decade. He is the founder of electronic music collective 52Hz Bangkok and resident DJ at SSP. The Outsider will kick off the event and set the tone for the night to come.
