Previously known as the Uptown Nightclub - Crybaby strives to encompass the same underground roots, but create a more open free format and curation, equipped with a brand new D&B Audiotechnik sound system.

Born and raised in Harvey on the South-Side of Chicago, DJ Manny has been footworking since the age of ten. The Footwork sound has developed in unison with the dance style that accompanies it, and Manny embodies this synergy. DJ Manny is without doubt one of the best dancers on the scene, harnessing control, grace and power in every movement. Bringing dance to the forefront of the club space is one of the missions of this event.
Michael "Qemist'' Ivy is a multi-faceted electronic artist from Memphis, TN with a wide range of production and music creation techniques. Hailing from a traditional musical background while listening to house, techno, footwork, and club music, Qemist has emerged as one of the fresh, new electronic artists from the south.
bastiengoat is an imaginative combination of club, house, techno and jungle rhythms. They’re also a display of Oakland’s artists adeptness at keeping their audience continuously entertained, especially with his breathtaking percussion. Bastiengoat makes his listeners feel as though they are venturing through a musical journey of everlasting dynamism. A not so easily defined producer with an instantly recognizable style Bastiengoat guarantees a night of tunes you won’t soon forget.
STL-born and raised, Umami is an up and coming producer that captivates dancefloors with emotive soulful grooves against global bass and g-tech beats that steals your heart as well as your feet. Resident of underground rave Materia, Umami is building the next generation of dance music through massive community events that energize the youth as well as impress the old heads.
Lastword is an LA-based DJ and event producer, known for genre-fluid sets of groove-based techno, juke, global club, and soulful house music. Expect high BPMs, percussive bounce, and emotive progressions that will sure to keep your feet movin'. In addition to being a force on the decks, Lastword books programming and manages operations for The Love Song Bar in DTLA- home to underground club residencies such as Scenario and Juke Bounce Werk's Everything is Everything.
