- Ready for the unprecedented lineup from Portugal this Saturday at Arcan!! Format-0, Arcan's signature event series, aims to bring vibrant celebrations with a diverse range of music genres inspired by UK party scenes. XXIII is a platform that promotes genre-bending sounds and physical ways to communicate them. It was founded in 2015 by Torres and NOIA, two DJs and music curators from Porto. Their work-in-progress attitude made room for XXIII to grow from a facebook page to a reference in the club music scene. This time at Arcan, it's not only the two founding members who will be present, but also some fantastic friends they bring along to liven up the night.
