- Dweller Electronics, as a festival, occurs annually in the last week of February as a culmination event with respect to Black history month. As an online publication, we amplify notions of afrological conception year-round before finding our shared thoughts and selves through our bodies on the dancefloor. Through this lens, we gratefully extend an intergenerational Black liberatory tradition of collective catharsis by means of communal movement. Limited tickets will be sold at the door. Public Records aims to provide a safer space for all. We reject all forms of aggressive behavior including, Racism, Misogyny, Transphobia, Homophobia, Genderphobia, Religious Bigotry, and hatred or discrimination of any kind. Consent is paramount, please respect the personal space of our patrons and staff. If you, or someone around you is being harassed. Please notify one of our staff members immediately.
