WOLF MUSIC (UK)
Founded in London in 2009, WOLF music is the brainchild of two house & disco fanatics. With an impressive musical catalogue boasting big names such as Theo Parrish, Earth Boys, Moomin, Bicep, Session Victim, Frits Wentik, Ron Basejam, Wayne Snow and more, WOLF music have paved the way for underground house music in the UK and abroad. We have been huge fans of WOLF Music for years and it is our pleasure to finally have Stu join us for a dance down under!
MANUEL DARQUART (NZ/UK)
Originally hailing from New Zealand but firmly rooted in the UK, Manuel Darquart is no stranger to the dance floor. With multiple releases on labels such as Coastal Haze, WOLF Music and local label Soothsayer, Manuel certainly has a knack for producing and playing house music. Regularly making appearances at various clubs in the UK and beyond, we are so excited to finally have him join us on Friday 09 February at 24 moons.
DJ JNETT (AUS)
Inarguably one of Australia’s biggest house luminaries, Melbourne native Janette Pitruzzello aka DJ JNETT has been spinning records and creating heat in Melbourne’s music industry since the early 90s. Having previously presented ABC’s legendary live & dance music TV show Recovery, DJ DJNETT has since played a significant role in influencing and inspiring her community. JNETT’s boundless crates of wax & supreme turntable technique spans seamlessly throughout deep house, techno, funk, soul, disco, dub, reggae and hip hop which has won over infinite types of audiences.
DJ INGRID & RYAN BERKELEY (LOVE ABOVE RECORDS)
In 2016, The Love Above party series kicked off to provide a sanctuary for house and disco lovers in Melbourne. It has since evolved into a record label showcasing some of the finest antipodean excursions into house music. With a passion for playing and making house music, it seems fitting for label founders DJ Ingrid & Ryan Berkeley to be representing some of the most eclectic and underground house cuts coming out of the Southern Hemisphere. Since the label's inception in 2018, Love Above Records have released 5 EPs, 4 Various Artist EPs and 2 mammoth 20-track compilations with new releases coming in 2024. As two of Melbourne's busiest DJs, both DJ Ingrid & Ryan Berkeley have a comprehensive musical resume, regularly playing various club nights and festivals across Australia. The duo explore their mutual passion for house music through intricate DJ sets that span across soul, disco, house and occasionaly techno. Digging deep in to their record bags, the pair will take you on a journey appropriate for the time and place.
