Acid Mama is back at TBA Brooklyn for an exciting night of dance, featuring Que Sakamoto and Timo Lee, along with resident DJs Dio Garcia and Marsweather.
Que Sakamoto, known for his eclectic sets, never repeats the same vibe. He blends various electronic music styles, expressing his Japanese identity through weird and interesting selections. Check out his recent recording from Festival Nao Existe with Brazilian party collective, Gop Tun.
Timo Lee, a regular on The Lot Radio and at Good Room, is a key figure in Brooklyn's dance music scene. She curates "Wax the Van," a weekly vinyl listening session at Good Bar, and runs Chomp! Chomp! Records featuring underground dance music artists since 2020. Timo's sets cover a wide range of styles, keeping your head bobbing and hips shaking.
As per usual, Acid Mama residents Dio Garcia and Marsweather set the tone early on and land the ship at the end of the night.
