- Last year was the first year we held down a residency at Cosies and oh my.. didn't we have fun. Due to the success of this community based club night; we will continue to bring the best in Breakbeat Hardcore, Jungle and Drum & Bass every last Thursday at Cosies from 22:00 – 03:00. This will as always be STRICTLY VINYL. We bring together three friends who all share the same passion, similar records and individual movements with their own event promotion/brand to join two residents who will go back to back at the end of the night. BOCA Bristol's very own 'musical card shark' Boca brings together Four Jacks records which you can spot the occasional record amongst the racks of our sponsored record shop Collector Cave on Cheltenham Road. We invite this highly distinguished DJ & Producer to headline our event and bring unrivalled energy to the intimate setting of Cosies which turns 40 years old as a venue some point this year, what a way to kick off our residency. Fan favourite 'No Nation' takes no prisoners in his delivery of beautifully crafted jungle and you are asked to bare witness to tales of the unexpected. No Nation will be laying down the lore with Dead Mans Chest for four hours straight on the 7th of January at the Cloak which is next door to Collector Cave. Overnight Player is someone who has played for us previously back to back with No Nation at The Crown and truly impressed. We decided to give them both separate sets throughout the night and keep the vibe in check.
