Hailing from Brussells, Raär (aka Whylie) is a DJ/producer who strives for emotional depth and maturity in sound, releasing often gloomy yet thumping tracks on labels including his own Soin Recordings. Visiting from Minneapolis, Lonefront offers a similarly contemplative moodiness but over a more-upbeat house template. Finally, the face behind Transmigration and its various sublabels is David Fogarty, whose DJ sets conjure an enveloping, hypnotic atmosphere of mostly instrumental techno and house.
