Something amazing is coming this Carnival: Catnapp. Her pristine talent, signed to Modeselektor's Monkeytown, melts drum'n'bass, electropop and rap with bold songwriting, punk spirit and DIY ethic. After her live, yours truly Sacca and DJ Regionale Veloce will deliver their usual breakbeat, techno and jungle goodness.

Monkeytown
Breakbeat, drum'n'bass, electro pop and rap meet a bold songwriting and nostalgic atmospheres, made of emotional expressionism and intense rhythms. Catnapp herself describes her music as pop, but from her tracks emerges an undeniable punk spirit and a DIY ethic. From the wild mix of bass music and futuristic rnb comes an electronic crossover that always hits the mark.
She began her musical journey in her native Argentina, where she had a strong impact on the underground scene of Buenos Aires. Since 2015 she's been based in Berlin, where she found fertile ground to grow and take some crucial steps in her artistic development, ending up signing with Modeselektor's Monkeytown.
With each release her productions become more unique and distinct, her songs more elaborate and her live more and more memorable, as evidenced by performances in festivals such as Sonar, Melt and SXSW or in clubs like Berghain.

Opificio
One of the spearheads of the Opificio collective and of the new generation of Venetian DJs. Sacca makes breakbeat, electro, trance and jungle influences converge, constantly returning an intriguing mix of diagonal rhythms, ethereal pads and acid basslines.

Argo16 is non-profit and maintains its independent space thanks to the volunteering and support of members and artists.
Our venue is part of the VEGA Science and Technology Park complex, easily accessible by train and bus.
