Well well well, how time flies! To celebrate 5 years since our cavernous first rodeo, we’ve got a huge transatlantic lineup with a UK/EU debut for Miami pioneer Jonny From Space, bringing his signature swamp-inflected techno to the good people of London. He’ll be accompanied by unearthly London duo ⌭ IceMorph ⌬, as well as Berlin-based audiovisual artist Isaka. Join us to ring in the Easter bank holiday weekend at Venue MOT with this flavoursome future-facing fiasco.

As a resident of storied Miami institution Club Space, Jonny From Space has been ever-present in the rarefied air of one of the world’s most captivating scenes. After releases on Danny Daze’s Omnidisc imprint and a forthcoming album on Incienso Records, to name-check just a fraction of his output, Jonny recently co-founded Impacto Records together with global phenom Nick Léon that, judging by its first release, a stellar EP courtesy of El Gusano, is certainly a label to keep tabs on in 2024. Developing a murkier take on the city’s notoriously lively sound in his sets, Jonny peers into bassy techno seemingly through the veil of a Floridian swamp, guiding crowds into a hazey trance with rippling drum patterns and diaphragmatic low-end business. We cannot overstate how much of a pleasure it is to have Jonny for his UK/EU debut as we turn 5: a true sonic pioneer, this is going to be a seriously special experience.
⌭ IceMorph ⌬
Pairing Ice Wing and Benomorph, two rampantly consistent producers and the minds behind CloudCore, ⌭ IceMorph ⌬ have been setting the city ablaze with their synth-laden, future-facing strain of UK sound. As mysterious as they are accomplished, this duo are bound to throw in some curveballs as they soundtrack the start of your bank holiday on the weighty MOT system.
Isaka
Isaka is a producer, DJ and visual artist based in Berlin. Inspired by science fiction, her projects layer heavy bass with erratic rhythms, futuristic sound design and distorted humanoid vocals. She’s released tracks on labels like DECISIONS, Infinite Machine and Hyperboloid, and they’ve been played by Air Max ‘97, Aquarian, CCL, Yaeji, re:ni, and more. Behind the decks, Isaka mixes bass-heavy club music from hyperdub to hyperpop, combining her distinct “hyperbass” style with intricate makeup and 3D creations. Her eerie synths and shunting bass will provide the perfect atmosphere for a misty London sunrise on a bank holiday morning.
