A Detroit-born multimedia artist and law student. As a DJ, their sets span a range of genres that foster a sense of warm waves/sonic intimacy. Reminiscent of radiant soul inherited from their mother’s tastes, techno and hip-hop from Detroit, house from the homies, remixes and crate diggers from Pittsburgh and NYC, and premium selects passed down from other performers, Joshua’s mixes are temporal collages of — as a well as tributes to — the moments and magic contained within the spectrum of musical tastes which have blessed their growth as an artist. A reconciliation of past & future presents; Spaces for catharsis, movement, exploration, discovery, freedom, liberation, growth, and collaboration.
A founding member of the artist collective and event group “Everything The Light Touches” (ETLT) — whose monthly residency has hosted international acts at the legendary Cobra Lounge — Joshua has performed with such acts as Derrick Carter, DJ Seinfeld, DJ Moma, Huny, Turtle Bugg, Justin Cudmore, John Collins (Underground Resistance), Morenxxx, Mike Servito, Stacey Hotwaxx Hale, and Rose Kourts.
