- Thursday March 21, we are very excited to welcome Frank & Tony back to Keep On! Frank & Tony have been a staple of the NYC dance music scene for quite some time. Their contribution to the American underground is massive. They run the Scissor & Thread label and Frank aka Francis Harris is the co-founder of the legendary club Public Records in NYC. Tony also puts out music under the name Grant. They will be playing open to close! No one takes us on a journey from start to finish quite like Frank & Tony. They are masters of their craft and we can't wait! See you on the dance floor!
