- Calling all Glasgow garage steppers! This Thursday at Broadcast we are buzzing to welcome special guest Zefer to the wheels! Zefer is an emerging power house of the UKG scene, making waves as a highly rated DJ, producer of endless dubs and top notch releases as well as heading up the well known ‘Steppers Club’ label. His mixing style is a perfect blend of classic ukg bubblin' energy often thrown together with fun flowing vocals from rappers and singers, keeping things flowing and glowing for a constant vibe, uplifting feels and an uncontrollable urge to wind out. This London-based producer has been clocking up extensive support on major radio airwaves such as BBC Radio 1 & 1Xtra plus many more. He’s got a growing collection of dancefloor ready collaborations with artists such as Namani, MaZz and Liam Bailey, plus more dubs than you can shake a usb stick at. An undeniable force of nature on the decks, Zefer quickly became a fan favourite on London’s Reprezent radio and has gained acclaim from some legendary sets such as his b2b with Riz La Teef at Printworks and at the XOYO 30 Years of Matt Jam Lamont party. Needless to say he’s a busy guy so we’re lucky to have him hopping up to Glasgow for a cheeky mid-week mix n blend in the Broadcast basement. It’s gonna be lively so don’t hang about and get yourself booked in for a guaranteed belter.
