With a line up so strong for the 1st half of 2011, GRITTER continues to deliver the best in underground music. This month, GRITTER brings to you Darius Syrossian & Nyra (VIVa Music) with support from the residents.
••••• DARIUS SYROSSIAN & NYRA •••••
In 2010 alone Darius Syrossian & Nyra have taken massive strides on an international scale in the house music scene, with no less than 3 tracks in the beatport top100, one of which entitled 'Luis Conte' was announced by beatport as the years 35th biggest selling record of over 6000 releases on all of beatport for the first 6 months of the year
The pair have already played three festivals in 2010, @ the W M C 2010 in Miami as well as Sonar Festival Barcelona, & Extrema Festival in The Netherlands, other international gigs have seen them flying up to Canada already on two seperate occasions to play in Toronto & then also to the U.S again to play in Texas
European gigs have seen them play many different cities one of them being @ Space in Ibiza alongside Nick Curly, Ellen Allien, Livio & Roby, Martin Buttrich & more & this led to them being rebooked for the same night at the end of September
Nic Fnciulli asked the duo to do a guestmix for his Worldwide sounds show in Feb

Forthcoming gis for the duo will see them play yet another festival this year, this time @ Kazantip festival in Ukraine alongside Ricardo Villalobos, Carl Cox & more, as well as the massive ADE dance event in Amsterdam in the Autumn
They have also been chosen by Steve Lawler who they are exclusivley signed to on VIVa Music to present their own VIVa Music Radio show that will be fortnightly & within a few hours of VIVa's pr team making this show available to FM radio stations around the world no less than 25 stations from a far afield as Lebanon to Brazil signed up to syndicate the show
