Allow The Groove returns to East London with a night celebrating all things Bass and House, with a stacked lineup featuring legends of the scene and trail-blazing new kids on the block, taking over two rooms at Project E8.
Roska leads the way, a vital figure in underground UK dance music, Roska’s production style has varied over the years, between stripped back, percussion driven rollers, to more club-influenced vocal creations, all of which will always pack a tremendously recognizable rhythmic punch. The RKS boss is a certified UK Funky legend.
Heading up room 2, Isaac Reuben. A prolific producer, his music has been featured in legendary mixes such as the Essential Mix and the fabric mix series. He’s also a regular on the esteemed Hotflush label and its
subdivisions, with productions ranging from driving Techno, leftfield Bass, to vocal-inflected House and has provided remixes for artists such as Glaskin, SCB and DART.
Isaac’s expansive record collection is drawn on regularly outside the club environment, with appearances on Rinse FM, Threads and Loose FM. He’s also now producing and hosting the newly revamped bi-weekly Hotflush on Air podcast.
ESC returns for her second set for Allow The Groove, the bass-music producer and DJ has had a well-deserved surge in popularity recently, with her edits and solo productions getting played in raves across the world.
SPD, Izzy, Cable!, Hazel and residents Noods & Jamal Dukes round out the lineup, some of our favourite DJ's and producers about at the moment!
