- Handbook in Motion presents: Tara Clerkin Trio (live) Tara Clerkin Trio are Pat Benjamin, Sunny Joe Paradisos and Tara Clerkin, three musicians involved in a number of cult Bristol bands over the years before confidently settling down in triangle formation. They are inspired by and borrow from jazz, trip hop, electronica, psychedelia & minimalism, twirling the non-pretentious strands of these threads together into a trippy green winged-cloak, adorning Arthur Russell and dripping in blue jam. Puma (DJ) Spinning Latin American & influenced sounds - expect vintage Salsa, Cumbia, Mambo... Josh Lentink (Handbook in Motion resident DJ) ______________________________________________ PINK is a curatorial project dedicated to interdisciplinary research, practice and collaborative exchange. PINK plays host to an ambitious programme of exhibitions, events, residencies and creative collaborations that seek to explore ways of 'doing' and 'thinking' together with artists that forge long-term, supportive relationships for taking creative risk. Acting as a dynamic platform that carefully unfolds experimental practices in close collaboration with each other; artists, thinkers, writers, and researchers, cross-pollinating their knowledge fields in order to practice a critical fascination.
