We aim for drama-free events, and as a new crew we want your help in contributing to Portland's fantastic dance culture. Please review and adhere to our code of conduct.
This is a safe container where all are welcomed as they are.
Expected behaviors:
- Be excellent to each other
- Be respectful on the dancefloor
- Make space for and look out for others
- No flash photography
- Speak up if something isn’t right.
- The dancefloor is for dancing. Our hang out spaces are better for phones and conversations
Unacceptable behaviors:
We have zero tolerance for violence, racism, transphobia, homophobia, sexism, abuse, or any other discriminatory words or actions.
Consent is always mandatory. Only an informed, verbal yes means yes. No means no. “I’m not sure” means no.
