- A.D.S.R is back in exit for our second event and for this we've invited some unique and special guests. Starting off we have Maniatrix performing a live set and Georgina Penstkart with an A/V performance. Later on, Proteus & Keepsakes will taking us until the end with exceptional dj sets. With support from residents manu_facturer & Kalopsia. We have invited Absinthe back to perform on the pole, as we were so impressed last time. Here is some info about our guests below. Georgina Penstkart Georgina Penstkart, is and A/V artist from Glasgow. Nestled within the heart of Instruo Modular, Glasgow's bastion of analog innovation, Georgina has honed her craft amidst the pulsating rhythms of the city's underground. Armed with analog synths, Georgina unleashes sonic storms that echo through the city’s landscape. She also takes to the decks under the moniker Penstkart, delivering unapologetic electro sets. Georgina seamlessly blends analog grit with digital wizardry to craft immersive visual landscapes that dance in harmony with her sonic creations. /// maniatrix maniatrix's live performances feature a blend of ambient electro and dark industrial dance tracks complete with airy vocals. maniatrix has performed in various galleries, antique stores, pubs and clubs across Edinburgh, Prague, and Berlin. /// Proteus Proteus explores industrial, experimental, and modernist electronics. From the avant-garde pioneers of electronic music, to the raging industrial techno of today. A cross section thread of the dark and challenging, celebrating the urge to dance and move through caustic noise. /// Keepsakes Keepsakes, the alias of British-New Zealand producer and DJ James Barrett, has been a strong and distinctive voice in techno since rising to fame through his Stygian Concrete Works and Weapons Grade Manic EPs back in 2014. Since then he has showcased his powerful and menacing, yet often cheeky and playful, productions on influential labels including South London Analogue Material, Perc Trax, MORD, Earwiggle and KAOS. Furthermore, he founded the Haven club night alongside Jaded Nineties Raver in Tāmaki Maraukau, Aotearoa (Auckland, New Zealand) in 2015 - aiming to introduce clubbers to the experimental and harder side of techno in a city completely devoid of this music. In 2018 Haven also expanded into a vinyl-focused record label - going on to release many leading international artists including VTSS, Tommy Holohan, New Frames, Peder Mannerfelt, Ayarcana, Ansome, and Ryan James Ford, as well as becoming the main home for Barrett’s own productions. Now located in Ōtautahi, Aotearoa (Christchurch, New Zealand) - following several years in Berlin hitting the European club circuit - he is focused on bringing his tough and eclectic sound to dance floors worldwide, with regular appearances at international techno institutions providing a platform for his formidable DJ sets. /// Absinthe Absinthe (They/Them) is an alternative performer based in Glasgow. Their speciality’s being expressive dance, Burlesque, and Pole. Their dance style is very inspired by classical goth movements as well as their history with practicing contemporary dance. They love bold expressive movements and always try to represent this with their performances. Their fashion style takes huge influence from the BDSM club scene. They especially love representing and incorporating k!nk wear into their every day looks as well as in their stage wear.
