Greetings Earthlings,
It’s been a wee while but we’re finally back and ready to re-invite you into our Dance Temple. We’ve been busy traversing the galaxy, identifying soundscapes that permeate through the event horizon. In our voyage, our spaceship detected unidentified mystical frequencies, drawing us into the coveted sound of Melbourne’s underground rave and doof scene, amalgamated into a dual entity:
Sleep D
Sonic explorers, label heads, pillars of the Melbourne underground, Sleep D explore the rave unconscious - driving rhythms, hypnotic bass, worlds of echo and the hazy bliss of the morning after. Childhood friends with Iraqi and Maltese lineage, the duo and their coveted Butter Sessions label have ushered in a new era, sensibility and productivity to the city that raised them.
A defiantly DIY two-man assembly line, Maryos Syawish and Corey Kikos have issued a steady stream of diverse records, alongside long standing DJ residencies and an ever evolving live show. Their LP on NYC label Incienso is their first Long Play excursion, encapsulating their singular take on bush doof, mutated house, acid scraps and ambient.

UV Playnting
Live interactive neon paint workshop facilitated by the creator of the “Playnting” artistic process, Khaitama. Blurring the line between artist and attendee, anyone who partakes in playnting the blank canvas with him, contributes to the masterpiece that is created at the end of the evening.
Flow Zone
Ever wanted to discover the flow arts? Paint geometry in air? Control glowing orbs of energy to your will? The flowzone will be filled with lights and props provided by Starlight Alchemy for somatic exploration. (Prop Availability subject to Demand)
UV Face Paint
Is it really an Algo shindig without this?
*This is a place of exploration, discovery, and empathy. Open minds, hearts, and ears are mandatory. Dancing shoes, and UV reactive wear are strongly advised.
Partying With A Purpose
20% of proceeds will be donated equally to 2 charities aiding the refugees in Gaza.
Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF)
PCRF focuses on the healthcare needs of children in Gaza and the West Bank. Donations help provide life-saving medical care, surgeries, and treatment for children who are suffering due to the crisis.
United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA)
The UNRWA is the largest UN organization in the Gaza Strip and the only UN Agency that implements services directly, primarily in healthcare, food assistance, shelter reconstruction, emergency response, education, relief and social services.
