Stefan Goldmann is regularly credited as one of today’s most forward thinking artists in techno. He co-founded the Macro label in 2007, releasing records by artists such as KUF, KiNK, Patrick Cowley and Vladimir Dubyshkin. Stefan’s adventurous DJ sets evolve around cutting edge techno, which he plays on regular tours throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and the Americas. Since 2006 he has been playing regularly at Berghain in Berlin, the which he also developed the Electroacoustic Salon events. He has performed at leading festivals including Mutek and Time Warp and curates the Berlin Philharmonic‘s Strom Festival. Notably Stefan’s artistic reach goes far beyond clubland. He has scored films, collaborated with ensembles, choreographers and visual artists, and has written a best-selling book. His numerous special projects include sold-out solo performances at iconic venues such as Kyoto’s Honen-In Temple, LA’s LACMA museum and the CCK center in Buenos Aires.
Born in Lima, Peru, and based in NYC, Maria Chavez is best known as a conceptual sound artist, abstract turntablist and DJ. As a DJ, Maria has shared her expansive music collection of techno and house music alongside iconic electronic musicians and DJ’s like; Simian Mobile Disco, Demdike Stare, DJ Bone and others. She has DJ'd in NYC and all over the world. She recently DJ'd for Le Bain in NYC, for the Whitney Museum and in the Hague, NL for the Rewire festival this past spring.
